Delivery Charge

There is a flat rate charged fr delivery at only £4,99.  

Order Processing

Once an item is purchased, all orders will be processed, packaged and sent within 24 hours of placing your order. A confirmation email providing a Royal Mail tracking reference will be sent when available from the Post Office.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All orders placed are sent Special Delivery via Royal Mail, Shipping times during regular season are as follows:
UK 1 - 3 working days
Europe - Please email to discuss EU Shipping options
Worldwide Please email to discuss shipping
Shipping times may take longer during busy seasons (i.e Christmas)

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We will not take responsibility for any orders that do not arrive due to providing an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 14 days of receipt. Please return the items in their original packaging with all tags intact. Package the items securely. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you return your items to us.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit note. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Swimwear
* Underwear
* Items that are bought from the “Sale” or “Clearance” section

To reduce the amount of returns due to sizing errors, please do get in contact and we will be able to provide measurements of the items. We do provide a approximate P2P (pit to pit) and waist measurements on the description of each item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that you use a tracked service to return your order as we are not liable for any items you send back that may get lost in the post.

International Returns
Non EU customers are unable to return goods due to import duties.
